A TFCC Wrist Brace Designed for Comfort and Pain Relief
We developed the Bullseye Wrist Band to be a more effective and comfortable solution for helping relieve TFCC tendonitis pain. Our wrist brace is also effective in relieving ulnar-sided wrist pain, as well as stabilizing the distal radioulnar joint (DRUJ) through targeted compression made possible by its unique silicone ring design.
Smarter Wrist Pain Relief
Other TFCC braces typically put pressure on the wrist bone or support only above and below the ulnar head. The innovative design of the Bullseye Wrist Band allows for stabilizing support without pressure on the ulnar head. Designed as a functional brace for those experiencing pain on the pinky side of the wrist, the Wrist Band is easily adjustable, comfortable, and low profile.
Features:
- Padded, adjustable strap and soft silicone ring that fits around the ulnar head
- Applies targeted compression to reduce ulnar-sided pain and inflammation while still allowing full range of motion
- 360° stabilization of the distal radioulnar joint (DRUJ) without applying painful pressure to the ulnar head
- Moisture wicking material for all day comfort
Why do people frequently have ulnar sided pain?
The pinky side of the wrist (aka ulnar side) contains a complex cartilage structure known as the TFCC, that provides stability between the forearm bones at the wrist as well as a cushion against loading forces. This structure can be damaged with repetitious use, heavy loading, falls, or sports-related injuries. – Kirk Turner, OTR, CHT

FAQs about the Bullseye Wrist Band?
How do TFCC Tears Happen?
- Tears most often occur due to a fall onto an outstretched hand
- Many athletes are at risk, especially those who use a racquet, bat, or a club
- TFCC tears can be caused by high pressure on the wrist such as in yoga poses and weightlifting
- Repetitive strain injuries often from work involving repetitive motion of the wrist – e.g., carpenters, assembly line workers, cashiers, or computer programmers may develop a TFCC tear from overuse. Any work-related activity involving your hands and gripping items is at risk.
- Degenerative TFCC tears are more common in people over 50 years old
