Ordering direct from our website ensures direct pricing, the best service, easiest returns, and fastest warranty claims. But our products are also available at online retailers such as Amazon.com, Walmart.com, GSAAdvantage.gov, and distributors such as North Coast Medical, and Performance Health.

Absolutely! Please call our customer service department at 862-243-1617 to make arrangements.  Please do not start a return process on our website or any of the online retailers.

We strive to get orders out as quickly as possible. However, once orders leave our facility, the carrier is responsible for their delivery. Record-breaking e-commerce orders, COVID-19 closures, and weather events may cause delays. While we understand how frustrating it can be when your shipment is delayed, Bullseye Brace cannot be responsible for refunding any shipping costs for missed delivery dates for any carrier.

The below chart lists the approximate charge for shipping one item via the U.S. Postal Service (additional charges will apply as the quantity ordered increases). Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are slightly higher and may take an extra business day or two for First Class Mail service.

The USPS will deliver small packages to PO Boxes. We can use your company’s UPS or FedEx account for shipping.  Just inquire and we’ll set it up for you.

Of course, we stand behind our products. We offer a 90-day warranty against material and workmanship defects, and a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied for any reason.

If you purchased our product directly from bullseyebrace.com, please follow the below instructions. Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 30 days of us receiving your return order. If your item(s) were shipped using expedited services (USPS Priority, FedEx or UPS 2-Day or Overnight), those charges will not be refunded.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all items and packing slip. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure credit.

Affix the pre-paid* label to the package. Do not alter the label.

Drop off your package to your nearest USPS location. No postage is required with a pre-paid label and return is free of charge.

We cannot process returns from Amazon or other online retailers. Please follow their instructions

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on bullseyebrace.com and where those items will be delivered, a few different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be asked to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Your total shipping charges will be based on the shipping method of choice, and will automatically compute during checkout before the completion of your order.  All items are typically shipped within 24 hours (excluding U.S. holidays and Sundays).  Please keep in mind that ordering express services on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays may result in missed delivery deadlines — and missed deadlines will not result in refunded shipping charges.
