Need to return or exchange a product? We want your Bullseye Brace items to be effective for you, and gladly accept returns for products purchased on bullseyebrace.com within 30 days of the order delivery date. For any questions regarding our return policy please contact our Customer Care team at 862-243-1617.
Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment after we receive back the returned product. (Note: Any expedited shipping charges will not be included in your refund).
We can only accept returns for products purchased from bullseyebrace.com. If you purchased the item(s) through Amazon, Walmart, or another retailer, please follow their return process to receive a refund.
When returning any part of your order, please follow the instructions below:
- Click here to generate a return label
- Select a return reason
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all items and packing slip. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure credit.
- Affix the pre-paid* label to the package. Do not alter the label.
- Drop off your package to your nearest USPS location. No postage is required with a pre-paid label and return is free of charge.
